TindyebwaObed – Managing Partner

Obed is the Managing Partner. He is Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants– United Kingdom (FCCA),a Member of Institute of Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) and he holds a Bachelors’ Degree in Economics from Makerere University.

Obed has over 22 years’experience,having worked with different organizations in Senior Positions including: Uganda Revenue Authority, an International Audit Firm, Ernst&Young, Q-Sourcing Limited, and subsequently with Grand&Noble. He has been a Partner since 2010.

Obed has successfully handled many assignments as a Partner at Grand & Noble as well as in his private capacity as a Consultant for leading organizations in Uganda, East Africa and beyond.

He is also a dedicated Trainer for professional courses like Certified Public Accountants of Uganda – CPAU and Certified Tax Adviser (CTA). He has rained and mentored many professional accountants and leaders.

Obed previously served as a Member of Planning, Education, Marketing and Members Services Committees of ICPAU and as the Chairperson of the Taxation and Economy Subcommittee of ICPAU.

Obed has significant experience in tax, accounting, auditing, financial reviews, investigations, management consulting, research, policy analysis, recruitment and training assignments. Obed’s experience is in the Private Sector, Government and Non-Governmental Sectors

Akampomugisha Pamella – Senior Manager

Pamella is a Senior Manager. She has been recently nominated as a Partner. She is a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU). She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree majoring in Accounting, from Makerere University. She is currently pursing Level II of Certified Tax Adviser (CTA) course with ICPAU.

She has 9 years’ experience with our firm. Pamella has experience in tax, accounting, auditing, financial reviews, investigations, and training assignments. Her experience is in the Private Sector, Government and Non-Governmental Sectors.

Ndagire Dianah – Senior Auditor

Dianah is an Audit Assistant. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance from Kyambogo University. She is currently pursuing a professional accounting qualification with Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU), currently a tLevelII. She has worked with our firm for about three years and previously worked with Shoprite Checkers as a Cash Office Clerk for over three years.
